Eligibility
If you find any issues with your tulipstore.in article, an unboxing video is required when claiming for damaged or different products received.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days from delivery only for damaged, defective, or different products.
No exchange, return, or refund will be accepted if the product delivered matches the order.
Product design or appearance in images may vary slightly under natural lighting.
Articles must be returned in original packaging, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
Money Back
For accepted returns, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receipt at our facility.
You may choose store credit or exchange for another available size or product.
Refunds apply only to the purchased article, not to packaging, gifts, or free items included.
Return Process
The easiest way to return or exchange is by generating a request through our website.
Signed-in customers can visit “My Orders” under the “My Account” menu.
Guest customers can use the “Track Your Order” page using Order ID and registered email address.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once collected by our delivery partners.
Orders may be cancelled by the customer before shipment only.
For accepted cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receipt of the returned item at our facility. Store credit or exchange options are also available.
Damages
Please inform our customer care department if any article is delivered without tags.
Do not accept delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is visibly damaged.
